1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the gt33 website accessible at gt33.io and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the gt33 platform or accesses any part of the gt33 service.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the gt33 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's gt33 account, including real-money deposits and any bonus funds awarded subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account under the terms of a specific gt33 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all gt33 transactions are conducted.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gt33 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the gt33 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and gt33.

If you access gt33 on behalf of any other person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, and the term "you" shall apply equally to both you and that person.

gt33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3Eligibility

To open and maintain a gt33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gt33 strictly prohibits registration or use of any service by persons under this age.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a gt33 account.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed via gt33's responsible gaming tools or mandated externally.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

gt33 may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the gt33 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances being reviewed for potential forfeiture.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. gt33 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials. You must keep your password confidential and must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify gt33 immediately at [email protected].

gt33 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks ("KYC") at registration or at any subsequent point. Standard KYC documentation may include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gt33 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. gt33 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Processing time: Deposits via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your gt33 balance within minutes of confirmation. Card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the provider.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. gt33 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to completed identity verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal conditions: Active Bonus Funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances and fully wagered bonus winnings may be withdrawn.
• Verification requirement: gt33 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of previous verifications.

gt33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All payment methods used must be registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits received from third-party payment sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

gt33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the standard registration and verification process.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are published on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of crediting. Bonuses that remain unwagered after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• gt33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting loopholes, or coordinating with other players to manipulate wagering outcomes — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and virtual sports markets offered on the gt33 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gt33 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets under any circumstances, except where a voiding event applies (see below).
• gt33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a pricing error has occurred due to a technical fault, data feed interruption, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event that a sporting fixture is postponed or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold for the relevant market has been reached, all bets on that market will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time at gt33's discretion, including during periods of technical disruption or where integrity concerns arise.
• gt33 applies a maximum payout limit per event and per settlement period. Players are advised to review applicable payout limits before placing high-value bets.
• Where a bet is placed after an event has concluded — whether due to a data feed delay or any other technical cause — gt33 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

8Casino Games

Casino games available on the gt33 platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and crash games — are subject to the following conditions:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are tested and certified for fairness. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is based on long-run statistical outcomes and does not guarantee individual session results.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and NetEnt Live. The rules applicable to each live game are governed by the studio's own published rules in addition to these Terms.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. gt33 is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may change without prior notice.
• gt33 reserves the right to void casino game winnings arising from a game malfunction, software error, or the exploitation of a known or unknown software bug. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt33 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance withheld pending investigation, and their winnings forfeited:

• Registration of more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or promotion.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit from promotional funds.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent KYC stage.
• Use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Any conduct designed to launder money or circumvent anti-money laundering controls.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Deliberately exploiting technical faults, errors, or glitches for financial gain.

10Account Suspension & Closure

gt33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A Player requests account closure voluntarily through a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.
• gt33 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Upon permanent closure for breach of these Terms, any Balance held in the account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — the available real-money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been assessed.

11Responsible Gaming

gt33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The following tools are available to every registered account holder at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break from betting for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the gt33 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

gt33 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any account found to be held by a person under this age will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

12Privacy & Data Protection

gt33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gt33 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except to the minimum extent required to process payments, conduct identity verification, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your mobile number, email address, and transaction history remain confidential within the gt33 platform.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the gt33 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and the gt33 brand identity — is the exclusive property of gt33 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gt33 content without the express prior written consent of gt33. Unauthorised use of gt33's intellectual property may result in legal action.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt33 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or data errors beyond gt33's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits gt33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. gt33's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15Amendments to These Terms

gt33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gt33 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the gt33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your available balance.

16Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gt33 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than those in which it lawfully operates.

Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the gt33 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. gt33 does not accept registrations from players located in Restricted Territories and may take steps to block access from those regions.
